Public Square EA at COP30

"One voice on the map that distills the clean air opportunity for COP leaders is Owomugisha Julian's from Public Square EA in Kampala, Uganda — “To achieve true climate resilience, you must prioritize local air quality solutions now.” Listen to her full clip: https://lnkd.in/d9M-k9r6" Director Clear Air Program, U Chicago, EPIC Air Quality Fund"

Interestingly, we didn't need to be in Belem for COP Leaders to take our views on air quality.

It's was a true honor to be featured in the Voice Map and have the work of young Air Quality Activists and the entire team at Public Square EA represented on this global stage

We hope this message resonates with the leaders at COP30 Brazil indeed:

"Air pollution is the fastest-acting climate injustice. The sources of our dirty air are driving global warming. To achieve true climate resilience, you must prioritize local air quality solutions now. Protect the breath of our people, and you protect the planet."

We look forward to the impact these voices and the Investment Map will have!
